Textile engineer, apparel manufacturing expert & business leader with 20+ years of global industry experience. Founder of The End Collection Inc., blending technical mastery with modern digital and operational leadership.
I’m Rajiul Hasan, and I’ve spent more than twenty years working at the intersection of textile engineering, apparel manufacturing, and modern business leadership. My career began inside large, export-oriented textile mills, where I learned the industry from the ground up installation engineering, dye-house operations, production management, and everything in between. In those early years, I had the chance to work alongside engineers from Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, and Japan, which shaped the technical foundation I still rely on today.
As I grew in my roles, I moved into production engineering and eventually became part of the management teams serving major global buyers like Levi’s, Lee, Walmart, Sears, and JCPenney. Those experiences taught me how to balance quality, efficiency, compliance, and cost all in real time, under pressure. My entrepreneurial journey started with JM Thread Industry and JM Fashion Industry, where I managed full-scale manufacturing, sourcing, export documentation, international buyer negotiations, and staff development. Under my leadership, we doubled export turnover while maintaining stable profit margins, which remains one of my proudest milestones.
In 2019, I founded The End Collection Inc. in New York a full-service custom apparel, printing, and embroidery company serving clients across the United States. Here, I oversee everything from product development and technology adoption to budgeting, operations, and digital marketing. I’ve always believed that modern businesses need both strong technical grounding and a sharp digital presence, so I invested in building skills in SEO, Google Ads, and online brand development to position the company for long-term growth.
I completed a professional certification in digital marketing from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and I’m currently pursuing my Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership at the City University of New York to strengthen my strategic and organizational leadership capabilities.
I’m also an active member of several global and national professional organizations, including the Textile Institute (UK), Society of Dyers and Colorists, AATCC (USA), BKMEA, and ITET. Staying connected to the industry keeps me learning, improving, and thinking ahead.
At the core, I’m someone who enjoys building things teams, systems, businesses, and relationships. I value discipline, clear processes, and continuous improvement. Whether I’m on the factory floor or in the boardroom, I approach every challenge with the same mindset: understand the problem, build a solution, and execute it with consistency.
